Handte joins Camfil
Camfil, Stockholm, Sweden, has signed an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of Handte Umwelttechnik GmbH in Germany as well as its operations in Switzerland, Czech Republic and China. The acquisition, pending approval from German anti-trust authorities, is expected to be finalised within the next six weeks. Handte will become part of the Camfil APC business unit, which specialises in industrial dust and fume collection.
Offering a full range of dust collectors as well as wet scrubbers and with more than 120 years of experience, Handte is a leading German manufacturer and provider of environmental engineering products, filter technology processes and air pollution control applications.
