Companies planning to exhibit at SYMAS®/MAINTENANCE 2026 are being urged to secure their space early, with organisers confirming that promotional booth rates are available until 31 May.
The trade fair – Poland’s flagship event for bulk solids, powder processing and industrial maintenance – returns to Kraków on 14–15 October, bringing together suppliers, plant operators and technical specialists from across the sector.
Now in its 17th edition, the show will focus on the technologies and regulatory challenges shaping modern industrial operations.
Key themes include cybersecurity, the growing role of artificial intelligence, forthcoming changes to the Machinery Directive and critical compliance issues linked to the ATEX and Tools directives.
Exhibitors offering solutions in these areas will be featured within the dedicated Industrial Safety Zone, supported by expert talks and case studies delivered at the “360° Safety in Industry” conference, organised by the IHAS Academy.
The event is expected to once again attract a wide cross‑section of industry professionals, from plant directors and production managers to health and safety inspectors, power engineers, logistics teams and technologists.
Organisers say the combination of technical exhibits, specialist knowledge and peer‑to‑peer exchange remains a major draw for both Polish and international companies.
Early booking offers exhibitors significant financial and strategic advantages. Firms reserving space before the end of May can save from several hundred to several thousand zlotys, depending on booth size.
Early confirmation also improves the chances of securing a prime location on the show floor and extends online visibility through the event website and exhibitor directory.
