Loma Systems, a company involved in inspection technologies for the food and pharmaceutical industries, has strengthened its long-term commitment to Italy by establishing a direct presence in the market.
Having successfully supported Italian customers through a partner network for more than 20 years, Loma is investing in dedicated local resources to provide manufacturers with closer access to its inspection technologies, application expertise and after-sales support. The move will enable Loma to build more direct relationships with customers across Italy and provide a more responsive service tailored to the requirements of the local food manufacturing industries.
Italian manufacturers now have direct access to Loma’s full portfolio of metal detection, X-ray inspection, check-weighing and combination systems, supported by local consultation and technical expertise.
By increasing its direct presence in the country, Loma will be better positioned to understand local market requirements, respond to application-specific challenges and support manufacturers throughout the lifecycle of their inspection equipment.
This will include expert consultation, installation and commissioning, preventative maintenance and ongoing technical support, helping customers maintain equipment performance, minimise disruption and maximise the long-term value of their investment.
Simon Spencer, managing director of Loma Systems, commented: “Italy is an extremely important market for Loma, with a vibrant and innovative food manufacturing sector that continues to set high standards for quality and production excellence.
“While we have proudly supported Italian customers through our partner network for more than two decades, establishing a direct presence represents a significant step forward in our long-term commitment to the region.”
