The innovation centres on a new magnetic holder that allows the company’s long‑established pneumatic knockers to be deployed exactly where flow problems occur — without permanent installation.
The magnetic holder transforms the knocker into a fully portable unit that can be positioned on interchangeable containers, silo cones, hoppers and bins with minimal effort.
This flexibility is particularly valuable for processors handling powders, granulates, flakes and pellets, where bridging, ratholing and residue build‑up frequently disrupt operations.
The holder comprises a lightweight aluminium plate fitted with two flexible suction cups containing integrated neodymium magnets.
These adapt to curved or uneven surfaces, ensuring secure attachment even on rough or contaminated container walls.
Spring‑mounted magnets maintain holding force under high‑impact loads, while two mounting handles allow operators to release the unit easily and adjust spring preload to suit different vessel geometries.
Because the joint bearings use self‑lubricating dry sliding layers, the system is lubricant‑free, maintenance‑free and wear‑free — an advantage for hygiene‑critical or dusty environments.
