BoMill launches high‑capacity InSight™ HiFlex system for large‑scale grain operations

BoMill has introduced its new InSight™ HiFlex grain‑sorting system, targeting high‑volume grain terminals and large processing operations across Europe.
The HiFlex platform extends BoMill’s established precision‑sorting technology into the upper‑capacity segment, offering an initial turnkey configuration capable of processing 200 tonnes of grain per hour.
Housed within a 40‑foot container, the system is designed for rapid installation, straightforward commissioning and easy relocation between sites. Its modular architecture allows operators to scale capacity or integrate the system as a permanent part of industrial grain‑handling lines.
BoMill developed HiFlex in response to rising demand for high‑capacity, protein‑based grain sorting that can optimise batches before sale or processing.
By enabling separation of grain according to protein content, the system supports improved quality control, better batch consistency and enhanced value for suppliers and processors.
The company says HiFlex opens new opportunities in large grain terminals, where throughput requirements and variable grain quality demand robust, flexible technology. It also broadens BoMill’s offering for flour milling, malting and other sectors requiring precise sorting at industrial scale.
With several customer projects under evaluation, BoMill expects HiFlex to accelerate adoption of precision sorting across Europe’s grain‑handling infrastructure, helping operators meet increasingly stringent market specifications and improve overall operational efficiency.
